Questions

What kind of mission projects are we trying to encourage?
We are looking for mission efforts that occur outside the walls of GBC. If possible, we would like to focus on going and doing/telling rather than dropping something off at the church for others to distribute. However, there may be some groups, due to circumstances where this is the best approach.

What if I am a member of several groups?
Great! If time is limited, choose the mission project about which you are most passionate and serve there. Your other group will understand.

What if every member or my ministry team (STG, SLC, Deacons, etc.) is already engaged in a project with their Sunday school class or small group?
Great! Celebrate that everyone is involved and choose as a team to pray for each class or group that is on mission.

Can you give us a few suggestions of mission projects?
You bet! Go to the Local Missions page you will find suggestions. New suggestions will be added throughout the next month.

Is this just for adults?
No! Children and teens are encouraged to participate.
